Yahoo! OMG! Awards Night Results

The stage was set. Cameras are ready. The purple carpet was roll out and waiting for the stars to strut their way to the 1st Yahoo! OMG! Awards held at the Republiq in Resorts World Manila last June 21, 2011.

The award ceremony was hosted by JM Rodriquez and Andi Manzano where they presented 72 nominees in 18 categories.

"OMG! Awards- the first of its kind event recognize the most-searched celebrities on its newest and leading entertainment property in the Philippines. The awards combine Yahoo! Search and rich news content from Yahoo!’s celebrity and entertainment news site, OMG! To recognize the top trending web celebs, those who have propelled to stardom in cyberspace and used the power of the internet to reach their fans."

During the ceremony, performers like Someday Dream , Johnoy Danao, and Up Dharma Down shared their talents. The event was also grace by popular Filipino celebrities and fashion designers while “Cosplay Queen" Alodia Gosengfiao blog live from the event scene.
